Tencent WorkBuddy Efficiency Agent Application Engineer (CEA) is an official Tencent Cloud certification for getting real work done with WorkBuddy — Tencent's AI workplace agent. It does not test programming. It tests whether you can describe what you want clearly enough for an AI agent to hand you a finished file, not just an answer.
WorkBuddy is Tencent's AI workplace agent. The difference from an ordinary chatbot: it hands you files, not answers. Tell it what you need, and it produces Word documents, spreadsheets, slide decks, web pages or automations — written into your folder. The CEA certification exists so employers can trust that you know how to make that happen reliably.
Consequently the exam tests three habits rather than memorisation: describe clearly, give an example, review the output. This guide covers the international edition of the CEA: an English-language exam taken in person.
